3. Industry experience requirements:

① 3-5 years or more of experience in quality management and system management positions in semiconductor and electronic enterprises;

② Familiar with applying the seven major QC techniques;

③ Familiar with the application of 5M1E analysis method;

④ Proficient in writing 8D reports and other methods.

⑤ Familiar with and proficient in the relevant operational processes of ISO 9001 quality/ISO 14001 environment/ISO 45001 occupational health management system certification, internal audit, and external audit

4. Other aspects:

① Physically and mentally healthy, without any bad habits. Clear and agile logical thinking.

② Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, is good at communication, and has a good team spirit.

③ Comply with the basic principles and terms of the company's human resources recruitment.
