Job requirements:

1. PhD degree, with a solid foundation in optical theory, proficient in using optical design software such as CODE V/ZEMAX/TracePro and CAD drawing software;

2. Familiar with projector design work, with over 5 years of experience in independently designing optical products, familiar with the processing technology of optical components, familiar with the film system of optical components, and have project mass production experience;

3. Familiar with the optical architecture of VR/AR products, with a background in waveguide or micro nano lens optical design preferred;

4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, possessing certain organizational and coordination skills, able to communicate with clients, and able to engage in technical exchanges with clients;

5. I am optimistic about the micro display chip industry, have a long-term development intention, work with integrity and pragmatism, be proactive, and have a strong sense of innovation and responsibility.
